COVID-19 LATAM Update and Rescheduling Travel

First, I want to thank all of our amazing agent partners who have been very helpful, patient, and understanding during this evolving pandemic. The next step is assisting with cancellations and rescheduling. Everything is changing day by day, and this is an unprecedented global situation. We share your concerns about keeping our clients and our own families safe and maintaining distance with public gatherings and travel. Together, we will navigate through this.

COVID-19 LATAM Update: Unlike their counterparts in Europe and the United States, governments in Latin America are not waiting for hundreds of cases of the widespread Coronavirus before they implement travel bans and other mitigation policies. While the number of Coronavirus cases in Latin America remains relatively low, the decision has been made over the past few days for all countries, except Brazil, to close their borders to all international incoming travel.

Our team has experience managing social struggles, natural disasters, and similar health crises, and we have consistently worked alongside our partners to adapt our client's travel plans while keeping their best interests at heart.

If you have guests currently booked with flights and land within the next 60 days, we may have already reached out as we are prioritizing those travelers en route or soon to depart for rescheduling. For clients booked from June onward, please contact us and encourage your clients to consider alternative dates for Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 for rescheduling.

Sincerely,
Michael Eiseman
