After working in LATAM advertising for brands like Sony and Marriott, Mike made a life-changing decision fueled by his burning desire to pursue his true passion - travel. With a deep-rooted fascination for exploring diverse cultures and captivating landscapes, Mike bid farewell to the advertising industry and embarked on a thrilling journey to embrace the world of travel.

Sarah is a Canadian expat, who lived in Peru & for the past 15 years lives in Buenos Aires and Mar Del Plata. Her expertise encompasses all things South America, helping our clients create unforgettable journeys tailored to their preferences and desires. Her vast understanding of the region, ensures that each trip she designs is both authentic and remarkable.

Adriana is based in Mallorca, Spain, but hails from the vibrant city of Mendoza, Argentina. Adriana's expertise in fine wines, unique experiences in South America, and regional culinary delights is unmatched. Having a culinary maestro as her better half, she effortlessly blends her passion for food with her extensive knowledge of travel.

Jeffrey is the founder of JSL Collection. A true hospitality and tourism expert, Jeffrey brings a wealth of market knowledge and industry relationships to his role with the ability to convert leads into bookings for luxury hotels, resorts, villas and destinations from key markets in the United States and Canada.

Cecilia is based in Buenos Aires and brings 17 years of experience in Destination Management operations. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Her secret spot for wine tasting is in Argentina's Northwest region in Cafayate near Salta and also exploring the Galapagos Islands.

Susana is our Sales Coordinator and one of our most senior staffers. She is originally from the beautiful beaches of Florianopolis, Brazil. She currently lives in Atlanta with her 3 sons and husband (all Brazilian) and makes our operations run smoothly.

Natalia also resides in Buenos Aires and works on our hotel and tour operations. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Her secret spot for wine tasting at Narbona, and riding horses along the beaches in Uruguay just north of Punta Del Este.

Trini, our Master Guide in Buenos Aires, takes clients on unique experiences all over Argentina. From small boats rides up the Tigre, to tasting mate in the botanical gardens, she makes every moment in the center of the Tango word special. She also attends the Colon Opera School.

Marcelo is our Master Guide has his finger on the pulse in Rio de Janeiro. Ask him to share photos from celebs he has toured around Rio - U2, Princess Beatrice, Will Smith - to name a few. We seek unique cultural and culinary experiences throughout Brazil.

Nedda leads our core team in Peru hosting Trekkers, Glampers, Adventurers, Photographers, Conservationists and travelers that prefer routes and experiences that are Tailormade and often “far off the beaten track” like yourselves. We have offices in Cusco and in Lima to best serve our clients. Nedda is also a passionate dog lover and fighter for Provide humane treatment and care for Canines.

Tatiana is our local concierge in the Galapagos Islands. She was raised in a diplomate household allowing her to experiencing life in France, Honduras, Brazil & Ecuador among other places. She has managed Hotels, Restaurants & Dive Shops before becoming our Galapagos Concierge. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian & French.

Kylie is an Australian expat who left the corporate world behind in 2012 to explore the wonders of South American food and wine. Always a passionate explorer with a love of travel, culture, food and wine, she loves giving visitors an insight and taste of Chile, and leaving them with magical memories of their trip.
