Meet our team of Trip Designers - VIP Journeys is based in Atlanta, Ga. with trip designers in Rio, Buenos Aires, Bolivia, Peru, Santiago & Quito. Our two founders, Michael Eiseman (a former Interactive Ad Agency Ceo) and Caroline Nakao (a former hotel executive and world traveler); both have spent many years traveling extensively throughout Latin America to remote, exotic and romantic locations. We also work very closely with a team of handpicked guides, villa owners & hotels that meet only the highest standard for our discerning VIP clients. We travel extensively to bring you the most unique tailor-made Journeys.
Caroline is from Sao Paulo, Brazil and personally vets every experience our clients will see on their journey, including guides, chefs, yachts and vehicles.

After working in LATAM running campaigns for Sony & Marriott, Mike decided to leave advertising to do what he was really passionate about... travel.
Lauren is from Kentucky but her heart is pure Porteño. She has been living in Buenos Aires for 6 years and enjoys sharing her experiences of Latin America.
Sarah is a Canadian expat, lived in Peru & Four years ago with a group of friends they opened a local-expat bar called Magadalena's Party in Palermo SOHO.
Adriana is based in Mendoza, Argentina and is versed in fine wines and regional food. She is married to a chef and is one of our experts on Central America.
Jody loves working in the Luxury Travel Market and reps VIP in Arizona, Texas and California. She spent over 10 yrs. building personal relationships with A-List Agents.
Susana is from Florianopolis, Brazil. She currently lives in Atlanta with her 2 sons and husband (all Brazilian) and makes our operations run smoothly.
Carla is based in the LATAM region in our Bolivia Peru office and coordinates our reservations and provides support for our amazing team of Trip Designers.
Cecilia brings 14 years of experience in operations. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Her secret spot for wine tasting is in Cafayate near Salta.
Our Master Guide has his finger on the pulse in Rio. Ask him to share photos from celebs he has toured around Rio - U2, Princess Beatrice, Will Smith - to name a few.
Trini, our Master Guide in Buenos Aires, takes clients on unique experiences up the Tigre, tasting mate in the park. She attends the Colon Opera School.
Colin, an Iowa expat guides our Santiago culinary-focused tours giving insight into Chile’s growing gastronomy scene through markets, sharing meals, and culture.
Natalia works on hotel and tour operations. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Her secret spot for wine tasting is in Uruguay at Narbona.
Annie helps us with sustainable strategies for the environment & indigenous communities. She graduated from both Stanford University & Harvard.
Jean-Jacques lectures on the Culture & Anthropology of the Andes. Pre-Hispanic Andean Cultures. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and Cornell.
Peter is a writer, photographer, explorer, independent scholar and lecturer. He is author of Exploring Cusco, Machu Picchu Historical Sanctuary and Insight Pocket Guide to Peru and Ecuador.
