VIP Tour Group Officially Launches new Central America Destinations and Changes Company Name to VIP Journeys!
DULUTH, GA, June 27, 2016 – The executive team at VIP Tour Group is excited to announce its recent rebranding and name change to VIP Journeys in conjunction with the official launch of new Central America itineraries.
“We launched VIP Brazil 13 years ago and expanded to all of South America and became VIP Tour Group nine years ago. Now, our trip designers are trained to create exclusive journeys throughout Central America as well.” said co-founder Mike Eiseman. “Over the years, the company has evolved into a DMC/ tour operator hybrid with headquarters in Atlanta and our trip designers and country managers are in region. Our agents more and more call us ‘experience makers,’ so we wanted to make sure our newer regions and existing South America itineraries reflect this. In lieu of the company evolution, and in keeping with the state of the travel industry, we felt it was important to rename and rebrand as we expanded north into Central America.”
The expansion into Central America began last year, in 2015, with a soft launch. Now, for summer 2016, VIP Journeys officially can handle all the sought-after destinations south of Mexico in Central America and South America.
“Although we’ve long booked travel to several Central American destinations, such as Costa Rica and Belize, as combination trips with popular South American itineraries, we’re thrilled to finally officially be servicing all of Latin America for our valued agents and B2C customers,” Eiseman said.
